Our emphasis is on natural and organic foods, though we are open to adding other products and suppliers as our members become interested in them. Moore Family Farm is a nearly 100 year-old family farm owned and operated by Jim and Diann Moore and their sons Wes and Aaron. The Moores raise pesticide-free produce; grassfed beef, goat, and lamb; as well as pastured pork, poultry, and eggs on their farm near Watseka, Illinois. The Moore's commitment to sustainable agriculture goes beyond simply eliminating pesticide use to genetic preservation of heirloom crops and rare breeds of livestock. You can obtain Moore chickens, ground beef, Tamworth pork, certified chemical-free wheat flours, and organic corn flour, meal, and polenta through Fruited Plain.
